First seen Jan 15, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study tested two methods of using a collagen membrane during immediate dental implant placement in people with a damaged front tooth. The goal was to see which method better preserves the bone and gum around the implant. Eighteen adults with a single upper tooth needing extraction took part, and the results help dentists choose the best approach for a natural-looking outcome.
