Summary
This study tests a new medicine called IMM01-STEM in 28 people who have muscle loss (atrophy) due to knee osteoarthritis. The main goal is to see if the drug is safe and tolerable at different doses. Researchers will monitor side effects closely during the first 48 hours and for 4 weeks after treatment.
