Summary
This study is testing whether a cream called imiquimod can shrink and improve abnormal, precancerous spots in the mouth. It is for adults who have these spots but cannot or do not want to have surgery. Participants will apply the cream and have follow-up biopsies to see if the treatment works and is safe.
