Summary

This study is testing an experimental drug called IMG-7289 for adults with two rare blood disorders where the body makes too many blood cells. It's for patients whose current standard treatments have stopped working or caused intolerable side effects. The main goal is to see if the drug can safely bring blood cell counts back to healthier levels and reduce disease symptoms.
