Summary

This early-stage study tested the safety and potential effectiveness of an experimental drug called IMG-007 for adults with significant hair loss from alopecia areata. A small group of 29 participants received three intravenous infusions of the drug over four weeks. Researchers monitored for side effects and measured changes in scalp hair coverage over a 20-week follow-up period.
