First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests a new PET imaging tracer called 64Cu-GRIP B in 32 adults with relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma who are receiving CAR-T therapy. The tracer aims to detect a protein (granzyme B) released by activated immune cells, which may help identify tumors that will respond well to treatment. The study focuses on imaging and does not provide a direct treatment benefit.
