New PET scan may predict liver cancer treatment success

Summary
This early-phase study tests whether a special PET scan (18F-FSPG) can help guide treatment for liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma). About 60 participants will receive standard Y90 radioembolization therapy, and researchers will compare scan results with blood markers (ctDNA) to see if they can predict how well the treatment works. The main goal is to check safety and gather information, not to provide a cure.
