Summary
This study aims to see if a single session of mental imagery exercises is as helpful as physical control exercises for people with long-term neck pain. Researchers will measure changes in pain levels, pain sensitivity, neck movement awareness, and mental imagery ability. The study is recruiting 40 adults who have had neck pain for at least 12 weeks.
