Can rewriting bad dreams and nighttime scents cure sleepless nights?
NCT ID NCT06335784
Summary
This study is testing whether two psychological techniques can help people with insomnia sleep better. One technique involves mentally rewriting negative thoughts or images into positive ones, and the other uses specific scents at night to strengthen those positive memories. Researchers will compare these methods against basic sleep advice in 120 adults to see which best reduces insomnia severity and improves sleep quality.
