First seen Mar 17, 2026 · Last updated Jun 07, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study tests whether a non-drug therapy called Imagery Rehearsal Therapy can help reduce nightmares in adults with narcolepsy. About 80 people with narcolepsy will take part, along with their romantic partners. Everyone gets the therapy, but half start right away and half wait a bit. The goal is to see if this simple mental exercise can make nightmares less frequent and less intense.
