New cancer drug enters first human trials for advanced cases

Summary
This is the first study in people to test a new cancer drug called IM-1021. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see how the body processes the drug in adults with advanced solid tumors or blood cancers that have not responded to standard treatments. Researchers will also look for early signs that the drug might help shrink tumors.
