New drug trial aims to tame debilitating Muscle-Weakening disease

Summary
This study is testing a new drug called IM-101 to see if it is safe and if it can help control symptoms in adults with myasthenia gravis, a disease that causes severe muscle weakness. The trial will involve about 96 participants and will compare the effects of the drug to a placebo. The main goals are to check for side effects and to see if the drug improves daily activities like talking, chewing, and breathing over 16 weeks.
