Scientists search for clues linking two breathing disorders
NCT ID NCT05838183
Summary
This study aims to better understand the relationship between interstitial lung disease (lung scarring) and obstructive sleep apnea (breathing pauses during sleep). Researchers will observe 70 adult patients with either or both conditions, collecting clinical data, sleep study results, and biological samples. The goal is to identify patterns and potential biomarkers that could help distinguish between these conditions and understand how they interact.
