NCT ID NCT07517250

First seen Apr 12, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study looks at how patients with Familial Mediterranean Fever (FMF) or Still's disease (including juvenile and adult forms) are treated with the drug canakinumab (ILARIS) in real-world clinics across Europe and Israel. Researchers will track 160 people who have been on the drug for at least 6 months to see how well it controls their disease and whether they can reduce other medications like steroids. The goal is to better understand long-term outcomes and treatment patterns outside of a controlled trial.
