Summary

This study looks at whether placing a tube in the neck vein changes pressure inside the skull of patients on breathing machines in the ICU. Researchers will use ultrasound to measure the nerve sheath at the back of the eye before and after the tube is placed. The goal is to better understand risks for critically ill adults.
