Summary

This study compares two techniques—intermittent hypoxic training (simulating high altitude) and hyperbaric oxygen therapy (breathing pure oxygen in a pressurized chamber)—to see which better improves aerobic performance in healthy athletes. About 66 active athletes aged 18-45 will participate. The goal is to measure changes in exercise capacity and endurance.
