Summary

This study tests a major surgery combined with heated chemotherapy (HIPEC) for people with pancreatic cancer that has spread to the abdomen. Participants first receive standard chemo for at least 6 months, then undergo surgery to remove the tumor and visible cancer spots, followed by heated chemo in the belly. The goal is to see if this intense approach is safe and can help control the disease.
