Summary

This study is testing whether an oral medication called rilzabrutinib can better control IgG4-related disease compared to a placebo. Over 52 weeks, researchers will measure if the drug prevents painful disease flares and reduces the need for steroid medications in 124 adult participants. The goal is to provide a new treatment option for this chronic condition that causes inflammation and swelling in various organs.
