First seen Jan 28, 2026 · Last updated Apr 23, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study is testing whether an investigational injection called SHR-2173 can help control IgA nephropathy, a kidney disease where protein leaks into the urine. About 84 adult patients will receive either the real injection or a placebo (dummy shot) for 48 weeks to see if it safely reduces protein levels. The main goal is to see if the treatment can lower the amount of protein in the urine, which is a key sign of kidney damage.
