New drug targets Hard-to-Treat cancers with specific mutation

Summary

This early-phase study tests an experimental drug called IDH305 in people with advanced cancers that have a specific genetic change (IDH1R132 mutation). The main goals are to find the safest dose and to check for side effects. About 166 adults with various advanced tumors are taking part.
