Summary
This study aims to better understand the care and outcomes of older adults in intensive care units (ICUs). Researchers will review the medical records of 1,000 patients from a hospital in Colombia, comparing three age groups. The goal is to identify which factors are linked to worse outcomes, like longer stays or higher risk of death, to help improve future care.
