Summary

This study tested whether a special mobile app program, used by family members, could help patients in intensive care. The program guided families through a structured plan to improve patient sleep, reduce feelings of social stigma, and manage pain. Researchers compared this family-led approach to standard ICU care in 204 critically ill adults.
