Summary
This study looks at whether using a second sperm sample from the same man can lead to better fertilization and embryo development during ICSI (a type of IVF). It involves 108 couples where the male partner has abnormal sperm. The goal is to see if the second sample has more healthy sperm and improves pregnancy chances.
