Brain tumor trial: does adding radiation to a pill improve outcomes?

Summary
This study is for people with a type of lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread to the brain. It compares two approaches: taking a targeted cancer pill (osimertinib) alone versus adding a precise form of radiation (SRS) after three months of the pill. The goal is to see which strategy better controls brain tumors and preserves quality of life. About 56 participants will be enrolled.
