Chill or buzz? study tests quick fixes for stronger grip
NCT ID NCT07407114
Summary
This study aimed to understand the immediate effects of two common physical stimuli—ice application and vibration—on hand and arm function. Researchers compared these to a no-treatment control group in 80 healthy young adults. They measured changes in grip strength, muscle activity, reaction time, and hand dexterity right after a single 3-minute application to the forearm.
