Summary

This study looks at whether applying an ice pack or a warm gel pad before removing a surgical drain can help patients feel less anxious and more comfortable. About 120 adults who had open urological surgery will take part. Researchers will measure anxiety, comfort, vital signs, and satisfaction right after the drain is taken out.
