Summary
This study tests if guided internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy (ICBT) can help adults with mild to moderate depression or anxiety linked to financial worries. Fifty participants will receive eight weeks of therapist-guided online therapy. Researchers will measure changes in financial distress, depression, and anxiety before, after, and up to two years later.
