Can online therapy boost quality of life for adults with ADHD?

Summary

This study tests an internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy (iCBT) program for 200 adults in Sweden who have ADHD. The goal is to see if the online therapy can improve quality of life and reduce ADHD symptoms, anxiety, depression, and stress. Participants will be randomly assigned to start therapy right away or join a waitlist, and will complete questionnaires before, after, and six months later.
