NCT ID NCT07290855
Summary
This study tested the safety and effectiveness of an already-approved drug, icatibant injection, for treating sudden, severe swelling attacks caused by a condition called bradykinin-induced angioedema. It involved 5 adult patients in Taiwan who could not get the drug through their regular insurance. The goal was to see how quickly the injection relieved symptoms like pain and swelling during an attack.
