NCT ID NCT05192603
Summary
This study aims to find out which of two special diets works better to reduce symptoms for people with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). Researchers will compare a low FODMAP diet with a starch- and sucrose-reduced diet (SSRD) in 200 participants over six months. They will track symptom changes and collect blood and stool samples to understand how each diet affects the body.
