Summary
This study aimed to better understand irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and related gut disorders. Researchers observed 498 adults to see how common certain food intolerances and very flexible joints are in these patients. They also checked if specific diets helped and looked for connections with gut bacteria and other body functions.
