Summary
This study tested a drug called ibrutinib in 18 people with stage IV melanoma that had not responded to previous treatments. The goal was to see if the drug could shrink tumors or slow the cancer's growth. Ibrutinib works by blocking certain enzymes that cancer cells need to grow.
