Summary

This early-phase trial tests a combination of the targeted drug ibrutinib with chemotherapy (TEDDI-R) in people with primary CNS lymphoma, a rare brain cancer. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the treatment shrinks tumors. About 68 adults with relapsed or untreated disease are taking part.
