First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This study tests whether a new drug called IBI363, when combined with chemotherapy, works better than the standard drug pembrolizumab with chemotherapy before surgery for people with a certain type of lung cancer (non-squamous, stage IB to III). About 170 adults aged 18 to 75 will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatment groups. The goal is to see if the cancer disappears completely in the removed tissue and to check for side effects.
