New hope for Tough-to-Treat lung cancer: experimental drug takes on standard chemo

Summary
This study is testing whether a new drug called IBI363 works better than standard chemotherapy (docetaxel) for people with advanced squamous non-small cell lung cancer. It's for adults whose cancer has continued to grow despite receiving both platinum-based chemotherapy and immunotherapy. About 600 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either IBI363 or docetaxel to compare survival, side effects, and quality of life.
