Summary
This study tested whether an experimental drug called IBI311 could safely reduce eye bulging and inflammation in people with thyroid eye disease. Thirty-eight adults with either active or inactive forms of the condition received different doses of the drug or a comparison. Researchers measured changes in eye protrusion, swelling, and quality of life over time.
