Summary
This study is testing an experimental eye injection called IBI302 for people with 'wet' age-related macular degeneration, a major cause of vision loss. The main goal is to see if the treatment helps preserve vision over one year and is safe. About 800 participants will receive the injection and be monitored closely for changes in their eyesight and eye health.
