New cancer drug enters human testing for Tough-to-Treat tumors

NCT ID NCT06170190

Summary

This was an early-stage study to test a new cancer drug called IBI133 for the first time in people. It involved 19 adults with advanced solid tumors that could not be removed by surgery and had stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals were to find a safe dose and see how the body processes the drug, while also getting an early look at whether it might help control the cancer.
