Summary

This study tested two approaches for people on sick leave due to burnout, adjustment disorder, or stress: a stepped mental health care program and a program that combined mental health care with vocational rehabilitation. Over 600 participants from four Danish municipalities took part. The main goal was to see if these programs helped people return to work sooner.
