First seen May 15, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests a new treatment called IASO206 for people with a severe type of autoimmune hemolytic anemia that hasn't responded to standard therapies. The treatment uses a special type of cell therapy (in vivo CAR-T) to target and destroy faulty immune cells that attack red blood cells. The main goal is to check if the treatment is safe and tolerable in about 18 adults aged 18 to 75.
