Summary
This study tests whether a natural blood product called i-PRF can help heal the womb lining after surgery for moderate to severe uterine adhesions (scarring). The trial will involve 200 women aged 20-40 who want to have children. After surgery, some will receive i-PRF and others a standard gel, and researchers will compare pregnancy rates and womb healing.
