Summary

This study tests whether a natural blood product called i-PRF, given inside the uterus after surgery, can help heal the womb lining better than standard treatment. It includes 200 women aged 20-40 with moderate to severe uterine scarring who want to become pregnant. The goal is to see if i-PRF improves pregnancy rates and reduces scarring.
