Summary
This study tests whether a natural blood product called i-PRF, given directly into the womb after surgery, can help heal the womb lining better than standard treatment. It involves 200 women aged 20-40 with moderate to severe womb scarring who want to become pregnant. The goal is to see if i-PRF improves womb healing, blood flow, and pregnancy rates.
