First seen Apr 19, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tests whether a natural substance made from a woman's own blood, called i-PRF, can help heal the womb lining after surgery for moderate to severe scarring (intrauterine adhesions). Scarring inside the womb can cause light periods, infertility, and miscarriages. The trial will compare i-PRF to a standard gel treatment in 200 women aged 20-40 who want to have children, measuring womb healing and pregnancy rates.
