Summary

This study is testing whether using a specific tool during a common hysterectomy surgery affects a woman's sexual function after recovery. Researchers will compare two groups of 60 women having surgery for fibroids or heavy bleeding. The main goal is to see if avoiding this tool leads to better sexual health three months after the operation.
