Summary
This study looks at whether removing the fallopian tubes at the same time as a hysterectomy (for non-cancer reasons) can lower the chance of getting ovarian cancer later. About 4,400 women under 55 are taking part. Researchers are checking if the extra step is safe, doesn't harm ovarian function, and actually helps prevent cancer.
