First seen Apr 19, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study looks at the eating habits, supplement use, body composition, and performance of HYROX athletes. Researchers want to learn how diet and body traits relate to race performance. About 122 adult athletes who have competed in at least one official HYROX event in the last two years will take part. The goal is to describe their nutritional and physical profiles, not to test a treatment.
