Summary

This study tests a new heating device called Therm'Up to help trauma patients who are at risk of hypothermia (dangerously low body temperature). Hypothermia can make injuries worse and increase the risk of death. The device is designed for use before patients reach the hospital, where active warming is often not possible. The study will include 100 adults with serious injuries or burns, and will track how their body temperature changes over time.
