First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study is testing whether a special relaxation technique called hypnobreastfeeding can help high-risk pregnant women feel less anxious and improve their breastfeeding experience. About 68 women will be split into two groups: one gets the hypnobreastfeeding training, the other gets standard care. Researchers will measure anxiety, breastfeeding intentions, and how well mothers adapt to breastfeeding after birth.
