NCT ID NCT06493630
Summary
This study tested whether a special education program called 'hypnobreastfeeding' could help first-time pregnant women feel more confident about breastfeeding. Researchers taught the program to 54 women and compared them to 56 women who did not receive it. The goal was to see if the training reduced common myths, improved expectations, and increased self-efficacy related to breastfeeding.
