Researchers probe hidden link between your morning urine and heart health
NCT ID NCT05114291
Summary
This study aimed to understand the relationship between how well the kidneys concentrate urine and the stiffness of major arteries in people with high blood pressure. It involved 72 adults with high blood pressure who were already scheduled for a specialized check-up. Researchers measured artery stiffness and collected urine samples to see if these two factors were connected, without testing any new treatments.
